2 month slacker...

Unfortunantly that's me. I've put off doing anything because I thought I would be getting a space to some projects, but I'm resigned to bring all my stuff into the kitchen for a while longer. Oh well, could be worse. I'm lucky to have so many supplies to wrok with/bring out! Here's a layout anyway even if it's not brand new.

I haven't put anything up lately b/c I've been working on a model for my Design's class Final project, I'm almost finished. I'm saving some of it for last minute as always :) This is a layout of my sister and I when we kayaking in our local lagoon. My sister, Summer, couldn't wait to get in the water and raced along the whole time. She's my "adventure-sum"

I am digging these challenges! They get my but in gear and give me a starting place. It's like someone asking me to write an essay about the history of the United States vs Someone asking me to write a history of Lincoln, I still have a lot of material to work with and my creativity can be open, but I have a direction to head and that helps :)

Dirty Scrap challenge: Drama

I wasn't sure what to go with, so I decided to go with my ebay ordeal. I consider it too much drama, so this challenge is perfect.

I don't have him anymore. He was sweet though. I could use him today. Recieved a nasty email from an ebay buyer, b/c she tried to get me to refund her, but wouldn't send the item back. Paypal decided in my favor, so she's sending me threats. : (

The first page I scrapped

I've taken some quick pictures of my album pages, 12x12 and 8x8, to share what I've done so far. My style (hopefully you can tell) is colorful and clean. I like to try different techniques though and hopefully my pages will evolve as I grow as an artist. Please ignore the angled shinyness of each shot. I didn't want spend the whole day trying to show them off. Until I get a better hang of Blogger I will post one new page/pic everyday. There are a total of 21 pages so far, so there will be a new pic everyday thru April to May. Hurray!
